Abbie has gone above and beyond for me with all aspects of letting agency and with unruly tenants. Nothing is too much trouble and she regularly keeps me up to date with anything which needs doing in the flat and offers to source tradesmen to do the job if I don’t know anyone. She is always very responsive to messages and makes you feel like nothing is ever an issue for her to sort (even when you know sometimes it is!)
